Applications of ultrasound in dermatology
500,00 €Highfrequency ultrasound is becoming an essential tool in dermatology because it enables a more precise, noninvasive, real-time characterization of normal skin structures as well as of the associated pathology (inflammatory, oncological, aesthetic complications), significantly improving diagnostic accuracy and treatment planning, enabling a more individualized approach towards our patients. During this one-day, english speaking, course we will cover the most important and relevant applications of ultrasound in the dermatological field: ⦁ Fundamentals of ultrasound in dermatology ⦁ Sonoanatomy of the integument and associated structures ⦁ Ultrasound in inflammatory dermatoses ⦁ Ultrasound in benign lesions ⦁ Ultrasound in skin cancer and onco-surgery ⦁ Applications of Ultrasound in aestheticsView Program -
Basic Ultrasonography in Otolaryngology
500,00 €View ProgramHead and neck ultrasonography has become an increasingly important diagnostic tool in modern daily otolaryngology practice, offering a safe, painless, non-invasive, and cost-effective method for evaluating a particularly wide range of conditions. It is considered a first-line examination for investigating pathologies of the salivary glands, thyroid and parathyroid glands, cervical lymph nodes, as well as the soft tissues of the neck.
The ability to obtain immediate, dynamic, and repeatable real-time imaging allows for the timely diagnosis of inflammatory, obstructive, and neoplastic conditions, significantly contributing to accurate treatment planning and patient follow-up.
This seminar aims not only to teach the fundamental principles of head and neck ultrasonography but also to provide hands-on experience with the most clinically relevant sonographic findings in otolaryngology. Emphasis is placed on the systematic conduct of the examination, correct scanning technique, recognition of normal and pathological images, and correlating imaging findings with clinical history and physical examination.

Basic Ultrasound in Anesthesiology
500,00 €Ultrasound has envolved into an essential and practical tool in modern anesthesiology. From vascular access and regional anesthesia to the assessment of emergency situations, it enables faster, safer and more accurate clinical evaluation. Ultrasound-guided techniques have sugnificantly improved the success rates of medical procedures while simultaneously reducing complications. This seminar places particular emphasis on hand-on training, aiming to ensure the acquisition and practical use of ultrasound skills. Participants will be trained in ultrasound handling, image optimization techniques and the identification of key anatomical structures. Practice on simulation models provides a realistic enviroment for developing fundamental techniques and skills. Structured teaching combined with practical sessions helps participants intergrate ultrasound into their daily clinical practice.View Program -
Cardiac and lower Abdominal Ultrasound in Pediatric Patients
500,00 €Ultrasound examination of the heart and the intestines in children and adolescents is a safe, non-invasive, and low-cost diagnostic method that does not require special patient preparation. When properly applied and performed by a sufficiently experienced examiner, it can replace outdated examinations of limited diagnostic value (e.g., abdominal X-ray), as well as higher-cost examinations that involve exposure to ionizing radiation (e.g., abdominal computed tomography). Therefore, it is recommended as a fundamental tool in modern clinical practice for the diagnosis and follow-up of children and adolescents with acute and chronic cardiac and gastrointestinal diseases. This seminar aims not only to teach the fundamental principles of cardiac and gastrointestinal ultrasonography, but also to familiarize participants with the most clinically significant findings in its pathology.View Program -
Gastrointestinal Ultrasound
500,00 €Practical Training Seminar Gastrointestinal ultrasound has become an essential diagnostic tool in modern clinical practice, offering a safe, non-invasive, and cost-effective approach to evaluating a wide range of acute and chronic gastroenterological conditions. This seminar aims not only to teach the fundamental principles of gastrointestinal ultrasound but also to familiarize participants with the clinically most significant findings in gastroenterology.View Program -
Gynecological Ultrasound
500,00 €Ultrasound in Gynecology has emerged as an invaluable tool in modern clinical practice, essentially complemanting the clinical examination in the investigation of gynecological diseases. This readily available, non-invasive and radiation-free imaging method, provides reliable diagnostic data, which contribute decisively to making timely and evidence-based therapeutic decisions. This seminar aims not only to teach the basic principles of the gynecological ultrasound, but also to understand the normal ultrasound anatomy of the internal genital organs (uterus, endometrium, ovaries). At the same time, emphasis is placed on the pathological findings, enhancing clinical assessment and diagnostic accuracy.View Program -
Introduction to Musculoskeletan Ultrasound
500,00 €Untrasound of muskuloskeletal system has been established as a particularly useful tool in modern rheumatological clinical practice, essentially complemeting the clinical examination in the evaluation of infammatory and degenerative diseases. It is a portable, radiation-free imaging method that allows direct visualisation of joints, tendons, bursae and ethenses, while providing at the same time real time information on the presence of synovitis, tendonoelytritis, bursitis, fluid collection and enthesitis, as well as stuctural alternations. This seminar aims to teach the basic principles of muskuloskeletal ultrasound, proper image adjustement/ optimisation and systematic identification of the main antomical structures, with emphasis of the interpretation of findings in Gray Scale and Power Doppler. The educational approach will focus mainly on rheumatological pathologies, with extention to important orthopedic differential diagnoses. The hands on training will focus on three main joints: the wrist, the shoulder and the knee.View Program -
Lung ultrasound
500,00 €Lung ultrasonography has emerged as an invaluable tool in modern clinical practice, transforming the way clinicians assess respiratory conditions at the patient’s bedside. This portable, radiation-free imaging technique provides immediate diagnostic information that can guide critical therapeutic decisions in real time.View ProgramThis hands-on seminar aims not only to teach the fundamental principles of lung ultrasonography but also to familiarize participants with the most clinically significant findings in pulmonary medicine.

Nerve ultrasonography
500,00 €Ultrasound imaging of the peripheral nervous system has emerged as an invaluable tool in modern clinical practice, effectively complementing clinical and neurophysiological evaluation in both acute and chronic neurological disorders. This portable, radiation-free imaging technique provides immediate diagnostic information that can guide critical therapeutic decisions in real time.View Program
This hands-on seminar is designed not only to introduce the fundamental principles of peripheral nerve ultrasonography, but primarily to focus on practical training, image acquisition, and interpretation in everyday clinical scenarios.
