Head and neck ultrasonography has become an increasingly important diagnostic tool in modern daily otolaryngology practice, offering a safe, painless, non-invasive, and cost-effective method for evaluating a particularly wide range of conditions. It is considered a first-line examination for investigating pathologies of the salivary glands, thyroid and parathyroid glands, cervical lymph nodes, as well as the soft tissues of the neck.<\/p>\n

The ability to obtain immediate, dynamic, and repeatable real-time imaging allows for the timely diagnosis of inflammatory, obstructive, and neoplastic conditions, significantly contributing to accurate treatment planning and patient follow-up.<\/p>\n

This seminar aims not only to teach the fundamental principles of head and neck ultrasonography but also to provide hands-on experience with the most clinically relevant sonographic findings in otolaryngology.
