In such cases, participants are entitled to request a full refund if they do not wish to attend the rescheduled seminar.<br \/>\nThe organizers also reserve the right to modify the seminar program, with participants being informed via email.<br \/>\nIn cases of force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, government restrictions, or severe weather conditions, which may prevent the seminar from taking place as scheduled, the organizers reserve the right to change the date and time of the seminar.
