Participant-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your participation, the following terms apply:
- Up to 30 days before the seminar date: You are entitled to a full refund.
- Up to 14 days before the seminar date: A refund will be issued with a 20% deduction from the total seminar fee.
- 13 days or less before the seminar start date (or on the day of the seminar): No refund will be provided.
Refunds will be processed either:
by reversing the credit card charge (if payment was made by card), or via bank transfer to an account you provide.

Cancellations or Changes by the Organizer
The organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a seminar, informing participants up to 30 days in advance. In such cases, participants are entitled to request a full refund if they do not wish to attend the rescheduled seminar.
The organizers also reserve the right to modify the seminar program, with participants being informed via email.
In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, government restrictions, or severe weather conditions, which may prevent the seminar from taking place as scheduled, the organizers reserve the right to change the date and time of the seminar. In such cases, fees are non-refundable and remain valid for the rescheduled session.
